Alternative Dispute Resolution

SACG provides a confidential process in which a certified neutral mediator facilitates a conversation between parties involved in an interpersonal conflict, ongoing disagreement, or dispute.

SACG offers mediation services by a registered Georgia Neutral. We also provide a variety of ways to resolve your disputes which is more often cost and time efficient than proceeding to litigation. Mediation services are the most requested method of ADR and is the process in which a neutral third party facilitates settlement discussions between parties in conflict. If both parties do not agree to the resolution, the matter will proceed to litigation.
